Distance Sales Agreement
Article 1 - Parties to the Agreement:

End Consumer (CUSTOMER)
Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement:
2.1. The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077 and the Regulation on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts, in relation to the sale and delivery of goods/services that the Buyer ordered electronically from the Seller's website tuzodasi.tr or by phone at 0533 128 99 98, with the qualities specified in the contract and at the sales price also specified in the contract.
2.2. The Buyer acknowledges and declares that they have been informed of the basic characteristics of the goods/services for sale, including preliminary information such as the sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal. They have confirmed this preliminary information electronically and subsequently ordered the goods/services, in accordance with the provisions of this contract. Furthermore, the person to whom the invoice will be issued is also a party to the contract. They are obligated to provide complete, accurate, and accurate information. The Buyer accepts all damages and liability that may arise from providing incomplete or inaccurate information.
2.3. The preliminary information and invoice on the payment page of the tuzodasi.tr website are integral parts of this agreement.
Article 3 - Contract Date and Force Majeure:
3.1. This two-copy contract, previously signed by the Seller, has been signed and accepted by the Buyer on ............. and one copy will be sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.
3.2. Force majeure events shall be deemed to include natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, changing legislation, seizures, strikes, lockouts, significant malfunctions in production and communication facilities, incorrect pricing, or system errors, etc. Tuz Odası reserves the right to terminate campaigns and modify campaign terms at any time. Participants acknowledge that they will not be entitled to any claims in such cases. Should the force majeure event persist, neither party will be liable for any failure to perform its duties. If this situation persists for 30 (thirty) days, each party shall have the right to unilaterally terminate the event.
Article 4 - Delivery Costs and Performance:
4.1. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. If the Seller has declared on the website that it will cover the delivery costs for purchases over a certain amount, the delivery costs are the responsibility of the Seller.
4.2. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after the goods are in stock and the payment is transferred to the Seller's account. The Seller will deliver the goods/services within 30 (thirty) days of the order and reserves the right to extend this period by an additional 10 (ten) days with written notice.
Article 5 - Rights and Obligations of the Seller:
5.1. The seller is responsible for delivering the goods/services subject to the contract in a sound and complete manner and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order.
5.2. If the goods/services are to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if this person does not accept the delivery.
5.3. The Buyer may return the goods/services within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the declaration of withdrawal.
Article 6 - Rights and Obligations of the Buyer:
6.1. The Buyer agrees to fulfill all obligations specified in the contract.
6.2. The buyer is obliged to check that the goods/services received are not damaged.
6.3. After delivery of the product, the Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days without using it or damaging it.
Article 7 - Competent Courts and Institutions:
7.1. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise from this contract.
